By accessing, subscribing to, or using the Bizsensors AI Platform (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not use our platform or related services.

Bizsensors reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Bizsensors provides a subscription-based AI platform offering tools, APIs, and analytics services powered by artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), and orchestration technologies.
Features and capabilities may vary by subscription plan and are detailed in your account dashboard or plan description.

We may update or enhance the Service at our discretion, including adding or removing features to improve performance, security, or compliance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Service.
If you use Bizsensors on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access our platform, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activities under your account

  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches

Bizsensors is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

  • Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis (monthly, annual, or as otherwise specified).

  • All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly stated in a written agreement.

  • Prices and billing terms are listed on our pricing page and may be updated periodically.

  • You authorize Bizsensors (and its payment processor) to automatically charge your payment method at the beginning of each renewal period unless you cancel before renewal.

Invoices and payment records are available in your account dashboard.

6. Free Trials and Promotions

Bizsensors may offer free trials or promotional access at its discretion.
Trial users are subject to these Terms and may lose access once the trial period ends unless upgraded to a paid subscription.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Upon cancellation:

  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Data stored in your account may be deleted or anonymized after termination, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Bizsensors reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purpose

  • Upload or transmit malicious code or unauthorized data

  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service

  • Attempt to access data or systems without authorization

  • Use the platform to generate or distribute false, discriminatory, or harmful content

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, algorithms, software, and intellectual property associated with Bizsensors remain the exclusive property of Bizsensors or its licensors.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of all data you upload or process using our platform.

10. AI Data and Model Usage

  • Any data you submit to our platform remains your property.

  • Data may be temporarily processed to deliver AI-based results but is not used to train shared models unless you provide explicit written consent.

  • Bizsensors applies data isolation, encryption, and access controls to protect client information.

11. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service may integrate with third-party systems (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, cloud storage).
By enabling these integrations, you authorize Bizsensors to exchange data with those providers as required for functionality.
We are not responsible for third-party services’ reliability, performance, or security.

12. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive to maintain continuous service availability.
However, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control (e.g., cloud outages).
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizsensors is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity

  • Service interruptions or unauthorized data access

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

14. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.

Bizsensors disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of service.
Confidential data will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with prior written consent.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bizsensors, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Service

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Breach of applicable laws or third-party rights
