In the Laundry business logistics is a bit different where you are not delivering or picking up just goods, you are dealing with personal stuff which is very close to a customer.     Excellent one… in today’s world two things are very important – 1) customer satisfaction 2) delivery cost – you are addressing both. With the startup boom, we have pushed the delivery cost very high.. imagine a courier delivery person who was getting 5-6K per month got hired by the startup who promised 30 minute delivery…..started hiring these people 12-15K….. so it pushed the delivery cost 2-3 times….in the scenario you tool comes at the right time….it helps them to do the routing and optimize the delivery schedule…..
